My name is Lyndon Dyas, I am a certified BCRPA Personal Trainer. For the past two years I have been training members at Kettle Valley Fitness. I enjoy the constant challenge of meeting the fitness goals of clients, and continually expanding my knowledge to benefit and improve their everyday health. I bring a versatile perspective to the fitness world, offering expertise in areas such as sport specific training, accurate fitness assessments, and innovative and exciting program design. I focus on areas such as weight loss, strength, endurance, explosiveness, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise. As a personal trainer who has experience and understanding in this profession, I look forward to motivating and coaching you towards your fitness goals.
